By purchasing a ticket and participating in any event, workshop, or class organized by Natasha Sherpa or her team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Liability Waiver
Natasha Sherpa, her company, and her team are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during or as a result of participation in the events or classes.
- Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after the purchase of tickets. In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided to all registered participants.
- Media Consent
By attending the event, you give full consent to be photographed, video recorded, and audio recorded during the classes and events. All rights to such media will be owned by Natasha Sherpa. These materials may be used for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes without further consent or compensation.
- Use of Choreography
The choreographies taught during the dance classes are intended only for personal training purposes. You may not use them for public performances, paid work, or professional use without prior written approval from Natasha Sherpa.
- Data Collection & Communication
By registering for classes, you consent to your email and personal data being collected for administrative and communication purposes, including receiving class videos, future event updates, and exclusive offers or perks.
- Right to Deny Entry
Natasha Sherpa and her team reserve the right to deny or revoke entry to any participant who acts in a verbally or physically abusive manner, is intoxicated or under the influence of substances, or is deemed unfit to attend the class at the discretion of Natasha Sherpa or her team.
